program evaluations conducted at the programmatic, State, and national levels.
Recent examples includes:

The Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation funded a national study of the adoption
of national antiretroviral drug guidelines by physicians practicing in publicly
funded settings

The HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau founded evaluation of factors associated with
expenditure and utilization patterns among clients of AIDS Drug Assistance
Programs

An evaluation of the fiscal impact of Title I funds on the HIV services system
in Broward County, Florida was funded by the Broward County Regional Health
Planning Council

POI staff collaborated with a clinical team to design Quality Assurance
Reporting Requirements (QARR) measures to be used by the New York AIDS
Institute to evaluate network and provider performance within Medicaid HIV
